MISSION
Coordinate supply chain, material logistics, and inventory management in the construction or renewable energy project environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials, equipment and resources arrive on time and in optimal condition for the successful development of the project.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate the supply chain of materials from the point of origin to the project site.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring real-time availability and optimisation of resources.
- Coordinate the transportation of materials and equipment, including scheduling of deliveries and management of logistics suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during transportation, storage and distribution of materials on site.
- Generate and present periodic reports on the status of inventory, transportation and logistics resources to the project team and management.
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and propose solutions to optimise workflow and reduce lead times.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the logistics team on site, providing guidance and support as required.
- Maintain constant communication with the different project teams to anticipate logistical needs and ensure the continuous flow of materials and resources.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics supervision, preferably in construction, energy or renewable energy projects.
- Expertise: Familiarity with inventory management, ERP systems and logistics software.
- Skills: Leadership, organisational, effective communication and problem solving skills.
- Languages: Advanced Spanish. Intermediate English desirable.
- Availability: Willingness to work at the project site and flexibility to adapt to the needs of the project.
