Mission

You will support the Talent Acquisition team in the processes of attracting and selecting talent, participating in a collaborative and international environment that promotes continuous learning and professional development.

 

 

Responsibilities

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, your tasks will focus on both operational support and the development of strategic projects. These will include:

 

  • Providing general support to the Talent Acquisition team in its daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Posting job adverts on various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Infojobs).

  • Reviewing Cvs and assisting in the pre-selection of candidates.

  • Supporting the administrative tasks related to the onboarding process of new employees.

  • Assisting with the update and maintenance of the candidate database.

  • Managing communication with educational institutions and helping formalize internship agreements.

  • Support in internal communication projects (Talent monthly Newsletter).

  • Contributing to the digitalization of the department by helping to implement and optimize tools and processes.

  • Supporting Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives to help bring in top candidates.

  • Assisting with invoice management for the area.

 

 

Job Requirements

Education and Knowledge:

  • Undergraduate or Master’s student in HR, Psychology, Law, or related fields.

  • High level of English (C1).

  • Knowledge of InfoJobs and LinkedIn is a plus.

 

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Postgraduate, or Master’s program at a university or educational institution.

  • Ability to sign an internship agreement with the university or educational institution is mandatory.

  • Availability to start the internship as soon as possible. 

  • Preferably available for a full-time internship. Flexible schedule with Friday afternoons off.
