Mission

We are looking for a Trade Finance, Guarantees, and Supply Chain Finance Specialist to join our finance team at a leading renewable energy company. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and structuring financial products related to our international projects, actively collaborating on strategic initiatives and presentations to banks, insurers, and other financial institutions.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management of bank guarantees (technical, financial, standby LCs), letters of credit, and sureties.
  • Structuring and monitoring of Supply Chain Finance programs: confirming, factoring, forfaiting, reverse factoring, and supplier financing.
  • Coordination with banks, insurers, subsidiaries, and internal departments to ensure the proper implementation of financial products.
  • Active participation in financial roadshows and presentations to financial institutions (banks, insurers, brokers, etc.)
  • Support in negotiating financial terms with counterparties.
  • Preparation of monitoring reports on credit lines, issued guarantees, and limit utilization.
  • Identification of improvement opportunities in financial management processes and tools.
  • Support in internal and external audit processes.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the energy, infrastructure sectors, or multinational companies with international operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
  • Experience in direct interaction with banks, insurers, and financial service providers.
  • Advanced level of English (minimum C1), both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 

Will be valued:

  • Knowledge of SAP or other financial ERPs.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience in internationalization or expansion projects.
  • Familiarity with international financial regulations and applicable ESG criteria.
