Mission
Reporting to the Corporate Procurement and Logistics Director, the System & Process Manager will be responsible for the continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization of procurement systems and processes at Zelestra. This role ensures the effective integration of digital tools, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making within the Procurement function.
Responsibilities
With a team in charge of 2 procurement administratives, your main responsibilities will be:
- Define and optimize procurement processes, integrating best practices to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of procurement-related data.
- Drive automation initiatives and digital transformation strategies to enhance procurement capabilities.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate enhancements or troubleshooting with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of procurement systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and global standards.
- Act as the key liaison between the Procurement function, IT, and other business units to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
- Provide training and support to procurement teams on system usage, best practices, and process compliance.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring procurement processes meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to optimize digital procurement solutions and ensure seamless supplier onboarding and management.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility on key procurement metrics and performance indicators.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.

Advanced level of English (C1 or higher).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar procurement and supply chain functions within a global organization, preferably with deployments across multiple regions. Candidates with more than 7 years of experience will be strongly preferred.

Proven track record in process optimization, system implementation, and digital transformation within procurement.

Experience working with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa or similar).

Strong understanding of data governance, automation, and analytics within procurement operations.

Expertise in procurement process design, system implementation, and optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to identify areas of improvement and set appropriate action plans.

Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work collaboratively across teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in digital tools, automation, and reporting solutions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
