Security Specialist LATAM (Bogotá)

Mission

At Zelestra, we are looking for a Security Analyst to join the team of our Latam Business Unit, based in Bogotá. He/she will be responsible for the analysis of threats to the business and the delivery of products providing security risk assessments for all the company’s activities. This will include:

• Prefeasibility and risk assessments for development’s pipeline
• Security reviews and threat analysis for Latam operating assets
• Other risk analysis necessary for the normal conduct of the Latam business, relevant for the SLT members and the CEO

This position is also responsible for supporting the Risk Management Protocol implementation in the company, supporting the SES Manager directly with the tool’s implementation and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the analysis tool Seerist for the BU and coordinate with the Global Security team.
• Deliver in time and quality security prefeasibility and analysis to support development teams.
• Support the design of security action plans for all projects and plants of the BU.
• Coordinate with the security liaison in the implementation of security plans to accurately define risk mitigation measures and activation of alert levels in all projects and sites of the BU.
• Support the implementation of the Risk Management Protocol by taking part in the coordination of the tool and the assistance to silver and gold team meetings.

Job Requirements

• University degree in social sciences, law, sociology, anthropology, international relations, or related fields.
• Graduate studies in social sciences and other subjects related to qualitative and quantitative analysis are desirable.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in security and/or risk analysis, and in the design and implementation of risk management strategies, public policies, or security and risk prevention policies.
• Experience working with security databases and risk matrices in consultancy companies or multinational companies.
• Native Spanish speaker and advanced English (mandatory).
