Responsibilities

  • Corporate Governance: Draft,  and organize corporate formation documents for operating companies and special purpose vehicles. 
  • Transaction Support: Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions related to renewable energy projects.  Assist with the negotiation and revision of contracts, in cooperation with experienced attorneys.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assistance with tracking and timely submitting corporate and project related reporting.
  • Document Management: Manage executed contracts and related records. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a Minimum of 3 years experience, ideally at a top tier law firm or large corporate entity.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Delaware, Texas, and California entity formation and management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry practices is a plus.
