Your mission will be to organize the means for the execution of the work, ensuring compliance with the planning, budget, quality, safety and health, as well as the introduction of improvements in production processes.
We are looking for a person for our Construction team, specifically for the position of Civil Production Manager, to support the Site Manager. It is for a new solar park construction project that we are going to carry out in Brazatortas, Ciudad Real.
Responsibilities
- Management of the contract with the subcontractor and supervision of the work in terms of quality, time and cost.
- Coordination of the works with the different subcontracted companies.
- Review and approval of the contractor's certifications and actual measurements executed.
- Reception and organization of materials, meeting areas, workshops, etc.
- Planning and organization of the process and mechanics of the works.
- Organization of work spaces, maneuvering, storage, loading/unloading, workshops and access to the site.
- Control and organization of work groups and assignment of tasks to operators.
- Verification of the fulfillment of the work planning and the established quality standards.
- Supervision of the testing and start-up phase of the installations.
- Proposal of procedures, materials and techniques for the execution of the works.
- Compilation and preparation of all the necessary documentation for the process of obtaining the CAP.
Job Requirements
- University education or FPII in Civil Works
- Knowledge and use of AutoCAD and MDT.
- PRL course of 60 hours with certificate.
- Experience of at least two/three years performing this position.
