Jefe/a de Producción Mecánico

Misión

Buscamos incorporar un perfile de Jefe/a de producción mecánico en Brazatortas (Ciudad Real) para dar apoyo al Jefe de obra en la actividad de montaje mecánico con especialidad en estructuras y experiencia en montaje en proyectos fotovoltaicos (montaje e hincado de estructuras y módulos).

La persona a incorporar dará apoyo en tareas de control técnico de los proyectos a gestionar, organización y gestión del personal propio y/o subcontratas, gestión de proveedores y comparativos de precios, relación con el cliente, velar por la seguridad y calidad de la obra, entre otras funciones, dentro del ámbito del montaje mecánico.

Requerimientos del puesto

• Ingeniería eléctrica, industrial, caminos o similar,
• Valorable manejo de software: AutoCAD o similar.
• Experiencia demostrable en participación de trabajos de gestión de contratos civiles de al menos 2 años.
• Disponibilidad para cambio de residencia y presencia en obra.
• Experiencia en organización y liderazgo
• Trabajo en equipo
• Flexibilidad y adaptación al cambio

Mission

Your mission will be to organise the means for the execution of the work, ensuring compliance with the planning, budget, quality, health and safety, as well as the introduction of improvements in the production processes associated with the execution of the construction of the solar park that will take place in Brazatortas, Ciudad Real.
 

Responsibilities

• Management of the contract with the subcontractor and supervision of the works in terms of quality, time and cost.
• Coordination of the works with the different subcontracted companies.
• Review and approval of the contractor's certifications and actual measurements executed.
• Reception and organization of materials, meeting areas, workshops, etc.
• Planning and organization of the process and mechanics of the works.
•  
• Organization of work spaces, maneuvering, storage, loading/unloading, workshops and access to the site.
• Control and organization of work groups and assignment of tasks to operators.
• Verification of compliance with the work schedule and established quality standards.
• Supervision of the testing and start-up phase of the installations.
• Proposal of procedures, materials and techniques for the execution of the works.
• Compilation and preparation of all the necessary documentation for the process of obtaining the CAP.

Requirements

• FP2 training or university degree with specialisation in mechanics.
• PRL course of 60 hours with certificate
• Knowledge and handling of AutoCAD and MDT
• At least two/three years' experience in this position
