Jefe/a de Producción de Obra Civil PV

Misión

Buscamos incorporar un perfile de Jefe/a de producción civil para dar apoyo al Jefe de obra en la actividad de obra civil con especialidad en grandes movimientos de tierras y sistemas de drenaje.

La persona a incorporar dará apoyo en tareas de control técnico de los proyectos a gestionar, organización y gestión del personal propio y/o subcontratas, gestión de proveedores y comparativos de precios, relación con el cliente, velar por la seguridad y calidad de la obra, entre otras funciones, dentro del ámbito de la obra civil (movimiento de tierras, ejecución de viales, obras de drenajes, cimentaciones…).

Requerimientos del puesto

• Ingeniero civil, obras públicas o similar
• Valorable manejo de software: AutoCAD o similar.
• Informática: Paquete Office (Excel, Word, Project...)
• Experiencia demostrable en participación de trabajos de gestión de contratos civiles de al menos 2 años.
• Experiencia en organización y liderazgo de equipos técnicos.
• Orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación
• Trabajo en equipo
• Flexibilidad y adaptación al cambio

Mission

Directing and coordinating all the production resources available in the works, ensuring compliance with the established quality, cost and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Management of the contract with the subcontractor and supervision of the work in terms of quality, deadline and cost.
• Coordination of the work with the different subcontractors.
• Review and approval of the contractor's certifications and the actual measurements executed.
• Reception and organisation of materials, meeting areas, workshops, etc.
• Planning and organisation of the process and mechanics of the works.
• Organisation of work spaces, manoeuvring, storage, loading/unloading, workshops and access to the site.
• Control and organisation of work groups and assignment of tasks to operators.
• Verification of compliance with site planning and established quality standards.
• Supervision of the testing and start-up phase of the installations.
• Proposal of procedures, materials and techniques for the execution of the work.
• Compilation and preparation of all the necessary documentation for the process of obtaining the CAP.

Requirements

• University education or FPII in Civil Works.
• Knowledge and use of AutoCAD and MDT.
• PRL course of 60 hours with certificate.
• At least two/three years' experience in this position.
