Our aim is to accelerate the transition to clean and affordable energy for all. We are looking to recruit a person for the position of Communications Network Supervisor for the solar plant construction project, which will take place in Guadalajara, Jose Cabrera.

MISSION

Your mission will be to supervise the digitisation works on site, and be responsible for maintaining the good execution of the network hardware during the construction phase of the solar plant, being on site for proper review and correction. This project will be developed in Guadalajara, specifically in José Cabrera. 

Responsibilities

• Install network systems and computers, know types of cables used (fibre optic, ethernet). Also, types of connectors. 
• Basic knowledge of networks. Diagnose network problems and design solutions.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the network.
• Knowledge of Fortinet firewall administration.
• Configuration of layer 2 and layer 3 switches. 
• IP address auditing.
• Familiar or experienced in photovoltaic plants or renewable energy.
• Basic knowledge of electricity.

Job Requirements

- Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics.
- FPII, FPI

Understanding of network infrastructure and hardware, network security.
Experience in LAN and WAN network architecture.
Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows. 
Ability to learn quickly about new technologies and products.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills of network functions.

What we offer

• Indefinite-term contract. 
• Initial displacement in projects in Guadalajara. Subsequently, once this project has been completed, he/she will have to travel nationwide for the projects that we are building in the company. . 
• Full time: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30h and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00h. Certain months of the year intensive working hours.
• Fixed-term contract linked to the project.
