Operational Excellence Project Leader Wind

LOCATION

Bilbao, Spain; Madrid, Spain; Seville, Spain

MISSION

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, this role will be responsible for achieving excellence in operation and maintenance and asset management activities by defining and establishing continuous improvement and innovation processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the library of operating and management procedures up to date, ensuring standard terminology in all its contents. Standardization contents. Standardization of terminology.  
• Define service level standards.  
• Establish internal and external continuous improvement processes and ensure feedback to other departments.  
• Standardization, calibration and homologation of critical equipment and instrumentation and measurement.
• Analyze long-term asset production and efficiency data to assess trends, asset aging and/or improvement opportunities.
• Research and develop new products, technologies, processes, etc., based on a test plan for each R&D project.
• Define best practices, processes, and standards in O&M and AMS.
• Contribute to the achievement of HSEQ targets in O&M and AMS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in industrial electrical, electronical, or telecomunications engineering.
• Lean & Six Sigma or PMP credentials.
• Data scientist trainning.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance management of solar or wind power plants.  
• Minimum 2 years experience in lean management, six sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Availability for domestic and international travel.
• English B2.
• GMAO/CMMS (expert level).
• Microsoft Excel, Power Query,Power BI (expert level).
• Microsoft Word, Powerpoint (expert level).
• Python, Matlab.
