In your role as Senior People Specialist (Talent / People Advocacy), you play a key and fundamental role for Zelestra in Germany. You are the responsible person ensuring our workplace thrives through robust people advocacy and are work essentially in identifying and attracting the right candidates to our continuous growth. You will work within a small team of dedicated colleagues and set the steps for scale up of business.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, communicate effectively with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Proactively network and engage with potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
People Advocacy
• Set up and maintaining of contracts, create employee certificates, follow up on deadlines.
• Maintain employee data base in SAP Success Factors.
• Manage preliminary payroll process with external payroll provider and be Point of Contact to health insurances, tax office and other authorities.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and queries.
• Serve as Point of Contact to our employees on People matters and solve them in close collaboration with the People Business Partner Director.
• Support on the onboarding processes and create a welcoming surrounding to our new employees.
• Ensure all practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Participate on global projects on employee development, employee engagement and EVP projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience up to 7 years in required field of business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Positive “can-do” attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in scale-up businesses and international working environments.
- Strong team player.
- Passion to lead the World towards a clean energy future.
