Gujarat Land Expert

Location:

Gujarat Site (Bhachau /Yakard), India

Mission:

The Purpose for this role is Assist the Land manager in all the way of land acquisition activities, Collection and scrutinization of 30 years of land records for legal due diligence submitted by the land vendors, Tittle search, registration formalities and coordination with other Gov. and Municipal body for land and property acquisition etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate will be responsible for Land Acquisition along with related approvals & documentation as per:
2. Identification and evaluation of proposed site for Solar/wind projects, survey of proposed Land & verification/determination of land price.
3. Scrutiny and verification of all land related documents. Preparation of feasibility reports, preliminary Notes on the property, title reports, and search reports.
4. Land acquisition of private/revenue land, preparation of papers and co-ordination with various revenue officers for getting necessary permission from Govt. authorities.
5. Liaison with various Govt. Dept. viz. Revenue, Panchayats, Taluka /subdivision / district level bodies.  
6. Preparing the legal opinions by following applicable law and rules.
7. Drafting of all types of Deeds (Agreement to Sell, Sale deeds, GPAs, MOUs, Lease deeds etc.)
8. Legal correspondence, liaison with various departments for obtaining development approvals for solar/wind farm projects.
9. Respective project for land acquisition.
10. Coordination with internal department
11. MIS Reporting
12. Good Knowledge in AutoCAD, Map Source, Google Earth, GPS, MS office.

Experience:

 Graduate/ Postgraduate with any 8-10 years of experience in land acquisition.

Requirement:

 Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Renewable industry and candidate must be involved in land acquisition activities and registration.

We are looking for someone who is working on Auto CAD/FMB (Field Measurement Book) which is mandatory.

Survey & Legal background would be an added advantage.
