MAKING DECARBONIZATION A REALITY
Responsibilities:
- Negotiation and drafting of M&A agreements including share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
- Adept in Indian laws including FDI norms and FEMA regulations.
- Ability to manage data rooms.
- Advise on the entire cycle of mergers and acquisitions.
- Legal support to the different departments of the company.
- Internal advice on M&A, restructuring, purchase and sale of projects.
INTERNAL / EXTERNAL RELATIONS
Internal: All areas of the company.
External: External offices, potential shareholders, merchant bankers, target companies, etc.
Job Requirements:
TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Degree in Law (preferably from a National Law University).
- High level of English.
SKILLS LINKED TO THE POSITION
- High level of autonomy.
- Proactive attitude.
- Specific exposure on closure on M&A transactions, will be preferred.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum transactional experience of 3-4 years in law firms.
- Experience in Tier 1 law firm will be preferred.
