Mission

Within Zelestra's Digital Hub India, the UI/UX Designer will ensure user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible designs that improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs, ensuring consistency with branding and design guidelines.
• Conduct A/B testing and usability studies, iterating designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Experiment with new design concepts and propose improvements.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or interaction design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus).
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
