Mission
Provide executive, organizational, and communications support to the Country Manager and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of Zelestra Spain, facilitating daily operations, optimizing time management, and ensuring a professional institutional presence at strategic industry events. This role is key to enhancing the efficiency and visibility of the Business Unit within Zelestra's global structure.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize the Country Manager’s agenda, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and smooth decision-making.

Prepare executive documentation, presentations, and key reports for internal committees, global corporate meetings, and stakeholder engagements.

Manage Zelestra Spain’s attendance and representation at renewable energy sector events (Energyear, APPA, UNEF, etc.), including logistics, speeches, and follow-up.

Act as the operational and communication liaison between Zelestra Spain’s Management and the group’s corporate areas (talent, legal, communications, etc.).

Oversee and coordinate travel, international meetings, and visits from global executives to Spain, handling every logistical and protocol detail.

Draft and review institutional communications and key messages from the Country Manager, maintaining a tone consistent with Zelestra’s brand and culture.

Support the organization of internal events (quarterly meetings, leadership forums, team gatherings) focusing on experience and cohesion.

Manage sensitive and strategic information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Requirements

Academic Background: University degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration (ADE), Protocol, or a related field. Postgraduate or executive management training is a plus.

Professional Experience: At least 5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior management profiles in multinational environments or strategic sectors.

Key Competencies:

Very high level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Valuable technical skills: SAP, Concur.

Planning, organization, and attention to detail.

Executive communication and institutional writing.

High degree of autonomy, initiative, and judgment.

Ability to engage cross-functionally and in multicultural settings.

Discretion, reliability, and adaptability in demanding environments. Familiarity with the energy or infrastructure sector, with sensitivity to sustainability and the energy transition.
