Job Overview

Support the successful development of utility-scale renewable energy projects across the U.S. by coordinating workflows, maintaining project data, managing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Environmental Studies, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred)
  • 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in the renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting)
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience managing documents, workflows, or contracts in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interfacing with landowners, consultants, and internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibility

  • Support Project Development Managers in tracking and advancing utility-scale wind, solar, and/or storage projects across the U.S.
  • Maintain and update budget trackers, process vendor invoices, and support payment requests to ensure financial accuracy across the project portfolio.
  • Coordinate contracting workflows with third-party vendors, consultants, and landowners, including redline management and signature routing.
  • Assist in maintaining internal tools and databases to track project milestones, land control status, permits, interconnection progress, and development risks.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and development and EPC teams to ensure documentation is compliant and aligned with internal controls.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives across the development platform, including reporting, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, DocuSign, or project management tools
  • Understanding of land acquisition, permitting, or interconnection processes
  • Prior experience in energy, real estate, or infrastructure development
  • Help schedule and prepare materials for internal and external project meetings.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure successful execution of project plans and development timelines.
