MISSION
Reporting to the Site Quality Control Coordinator, you will ensure that projects under construction are executed according to the indications established in the Quality Plan and monitor and control the execution of the procedures for obtaining the Provisional Acceptance Certificate from the Client.
The first solar project (6,5MW) is located in the province of Taranto, in the Apulia region of Italy. The second solar project (9.3MW) will be located in Sicily.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring the correct execution of the Project Quality Plan. Leading the follow-up in the execution of the procedures to obtain the Provisional Acceptance Certificate from the Clients (internal and external). Follow-up and control of the procedures to submit the Provisional Acceptance Certificate to Contractors. On-site Quality Control planning taking into account the work execution schedule and possible deficiencies detected or foreseen, or other considerations such as the importance of the unit/equipment. Inform to the Technical Office Department, Quality Technicians and Site Quality Control Coordinator, about deviations detected during the execution of the works. Preparation of monthly reports (Quality section). Attendance to internal and Client follow-up meetings. Reviewing the quality documentation generated on site, as well as detecting the lack of sensitive Quality documentation to be delivered by the Contractors (calibration certificates, quality certificates, test results, IPP, etc.) Supervisory control of the IPPs/checklists with the inspections performed. Verify that the tests are carried out in accordance with the Project Technical Specifications, Quality Plan and applicable regulations. Opening and documentation of the Non-Conformities (NCs) that are estimated. Follow-up of Quality NCs generated on site, along with the status of immediate and corrective actions. Ensure the correct reception and approval according to the Project specifications of the different materials arriving on site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably, Graduates with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Technical Knowledge
- Management of national and international standards.
- Reading and interpretation of field and laboratory test results.
- Microsoft office.
- English B2 (minimun)
- Experience of at least 2-3 years developing similar functions. Desirable experience in photovoltaic power plants.
