MISSION

Reporting to the Global Head of Project Execution, the Program Director will have to oversee and ensure the overall success of all renewable energy park construction projects  under his/her responsibility in Italy, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality, sustainability and safety standards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: Supervise and manage multiple renewable energy park construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, sustainability, and safety.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the global strategy for operationalizing the parks by managing the involved teams.
  • Resource Management: Administer resources (human, financial, materials) allocated to projects, optimizing their use to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local and international legal requirements related to the construction and commissioning of the parks.
  • Safety Supervision: Oversee workplace safety practices to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with labor safety regulations.
  • Risk Assessment and Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve issues arising during construction to keep projects on track.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
  • Native Italian or very high level.
  • High level of English (minimum C1).
  • Over 10 years in a project management, business, or executive management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing and leading multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in planning and directing strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in business development, EPC construction, and/or project financing.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Experience in consulting focused on operations management.
  • Proven success in project coordination roles.
  • Strong ability to produce project reports, with special attention to interdepartmental communication.
  • Availability to travel.
