Talent Acquisition Analyst (Chile) - Project

Mission

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the People Latam team for a period of six months, coordinating recruitment processes related to a major photovoltaic project in Chile from our Latam Business Unit.

The mission of this role is to coordinate and carry out full-cycle recruitment processes, from gathering or updating the job profile to defining the selected candidate, in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines, quality standards, and the timelines established in the hiring plan.

Responsibilities

• Participate in job profile definition and identification of hiring needs.
• Post and promote job openings according to defined parameters.
• Carry out active sourcing of candidates through various platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings and structured interviews based on critical incidents, aligned with role profiles, required competencies, and Zelestra’s culture.
• Maintain fluid communication with internal clients, team members, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Advise internal clients in the candidate selection process.
• Coordinate other required stages of the process, such as technical interviews.
• Track progress of each recruitment process, preparing periodic reports and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Perform administrative management of the process in the system.
• Collect hiring documents from selected candidates and manage them as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Psychology or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst
• Proven experience in the energy, mining, or construction sectors
• Knowledge, experience and/or certification in competency-based interviews, using critical incident techniques
• Experience with ATS (preferably SuccessFactors)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate English (highly desirable)
