MISSION

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Proposals Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of creating and submitting O&M (Operation & Maintenance) proposals: solar, wind and bess. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to craft compelling proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives.

Its scope of action will be southern Europe.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Proposal Development:

Coordinate the creation, review, and submission of proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other client solicitations.

Ensure compliance with the requirements outlined in RFPs and align proposals with the company’s strategy and value propositions.

Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely submission.

Write, edit, and proofread content for proposals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with all the teams and departments to gather and refine proposal content.

Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders to assign tasks, provide updates, and ensure that each section of the proposal is being completed as needed.

Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners when necessary to obtain additional information and ensure a unified submission.

  1. Project Management:

Establish and maintain a proposal calendar, tracking deadlines for submissions and internal milestones.

Identify potential risks in the proposal process and develop contingency plans to address them.

Ensure proper version control and documentation of all proposal-related materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Content Management:

Maintain a library of standard proposal content, templates, and case studies for future use.

Develop and update boilerplate materials to reflect current company offerings, services, and capabilities.

Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of proposals through feedback and lessons learned from previous submissions.

  1. Compliance and Accuracy:

Ensure all proposals meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.

Verify the accuracy of technical, legal, and financial information provided in the proposal. 

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE

•  Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business.

•  Language: Advanced English – C1/B2

•  Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project...)
  • Familiarity with proposal management tools.

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3+ years‘experience for O&M/EPC Proposal in utility solar or renewable industry (proposal writing, bid coordination, or a similar role).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment.
  • Solar industry experience.
