Procurement Technician

Location

Sevilla, Spain; Madrid, Spain; Bilbao, Spain

Mission

Your mission will be to manage the procurement of equipment and material supplies for photovoltaic solar power plants under construction. 

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages and coordinates purchases as assigned by supervisor.  
• Analyse supply companies, participating in negotiations with them. 
• Prepares request for quotes (RFQ), follow-up and analysis of offers. Prepares commercial tabulations. 
• Prepares follow-up report on purchases for assigned projects. 
• Collaborate on the attainment of Quality, M&S and AM goals and objectives set by management. 
• Be aware of and comply with all regulations, manuals and procedures that affect his or her work. 
• Manages documents related to contracts, bonds and orders in accordance following the Company's procurement and contracting procedures. 

Job Requirements

• Technical engineering, preferably in the fields of organisation, electrical or mechanical engineering. 
• Language: English B2-C1
• Office suite, Excel and Word 
• At least 1 year of experience performing similar functions
