Solar Plant Supervisor

Mission
Your mission will be define and supervise the efficient implementation of the maintenance plan of a solar photovoltaic plant, leading the operational teams in charge. He coordinates the integral management of the service, maintaining constant communication with internal departments, contractors and other stakeholders. Your objective is to optimise regional performance and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards, in accordance with contracts and current regulations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the project's technical contracts, including the PPA, interconnection contract, network code, operation and maintenance contract, as well as technical aspects derived from financial contracts. Leads the O&M team and subcontractors, coordinating zonal supervisors and supervising corrective maintenance activities and major incidents.
- Manages warranty claims with OEM manufacturers, centralises key documentation and coordinates the integration of new plants, ensuring receipt of provisional acceptance certificates. Oversees the fulfilment of contractual O&M warranties and leads final EPC acceptance testing.
- Responsible for the approval of critical equipment purchases, optimal inventory management and selection of subcontractors. Performs analysis of production and incident data, monitors efficiency and technical performance indicators, and prepares periodic reports tracking results against contractual expectations.
- Continuously seeks operational optimisation of the department, reducing costs, maximising the PR (Performance Ratio) and minimising downtime.
- Integrates preventive measures into daily operations and actively contributes to the achievement of health, safety and environmental objectives set by the company.
Job Requirements
- FPII in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Occupational Risk Prevention Course of 20 or 60 hours in Spain.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in leadership positions within operations and maintenance in the renewable energy sector.
