Mission

Your mission will be to coordinate and ensure the correct performance of the Health and Safety and environmental management system during the construction of a solar plant to be located in Belinchón, Cuenca.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the compliance of the Health and Safety and environmental management system in the project.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance and control of the health and safety and environmental plan.
  • Control compliance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force, the project's internal regulations and work procedures.
  • Report all accidents occurring in the project and participate and advise during the accident investigation and follow up on corrective and closure measures.
  • Execute the budget of the project's Health and Safety and environmental plan.
  • Manage, maintain and keep custody of the project's safety, health and environmental records files.
  • Coordinate and conduct periodic meetings with the Health and Safety and environmental technicians of contractor companies.
  • Attendance to internal and client follow-up meetings.
  • Generation of inspections, observations, trainings, inductions and all the activities contemplated in the Safety and Health and environmental plan.
  • Generation of non-conformities related to their area, reporting their generation and monitoring their closure.
  • Generation and dissemination of procedures and work instructions.
  • Conduct documentary reviews of contractor companies for compliance with legal regulations in the areas of health and safety and the environment.
  • Preparation of the Emergency Plan and organization of drills.
  • Generation of monthly HSE reports to be reported to the HSE Coordinator.

Requirement

  • Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, specializing in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics or University Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Knowledge in environmental, health and safety and labor legislation.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position, on site.
