MISSION
Directing and coordinating all the production resources available in the works, ensuring compliance with the established quality, cost and safety standards.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Management of the contract with the subcontractor and supervision of the work in terms of quality, deadline and cost.
- Coordination of the work with the different subcontractors.
- Review and approval of the contractor's certifications and the actual measurements executed.
- Reception and organisation of materials, meeting areas, workshops, etc.
- Planning and organisation of the process and mechanics of the works.
- Organisation of work spaces, manoeuvring, storage, loading/unloading, workshops and access to the site.
- Control and organisation of work groups and assignment of tasks to operators.
- Verification of compliance with site planning and established quality standards.
- Supervision of the testing and start-up phase of the installations.
- Proposal of procedures, materials and techniques for the execution of the work.
- Compilation and preparation of all the necessary documentation for the process of obtaining the CAP.
REQUIREMENTS
- University education or FPII in Civil Works.
- Knowledge and use of AutoCAD and MDT.
- PRL course of 60 hours with certificate.
- At least two/three years' experience in this position.
