Mission

You will be responsible for inspecting electrical systems to ensure that they comply with local and national codes and regulations. 
In addition to inspecting wiring, lighting and other electrical components for compliance with safety and efficiency standards, during the construction of the solar plant that will take place in Fuendetodos, Zaragoza.

Responsibilities

• On-site Quality Control, taking into account the execution schedule of the works and possible deficiencies detected or foreseen, or other considerations such as the importance of the unit/equipment.
• Verify, by means of metric and/or visual checks and inspections, that the Quality Assurance process is complied with by the Contractor and the Site Management during the execution of the electrical works of the Project.
• Reviewing the quality documentation generated on site, as well as detecting the lack of sensitive Quality documentation to be delivered by the Contractors (Calibration Certificates, Quality Certificates, Results of tests carried out, PPI).
• Reception and approval according to the Project specifications of the different materials arriving on site.
• Supervision of the PPIs/checklist with the inspections carried out.
• Verify that the tests are carried out in accordance with the Project Technical Specifications, Quality Plan and applicable regulations.
• Reporting to the Quality Technician of all incidents found in order to document them in reports, as well as the opening of non-conformities.
• Documentary management in quality matters.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably graduates in Electrical Engineering preferably or higher education.
  • Experience in the same position is valuable.
  • Use of national and international standards
  • Reading and interpretation of plans
  • Interpretation and analysis of field and laboratory test results.
  • Document analysis and management.
